02 — How they're built
The same rules for every bot.
Slash commands first
Everything is a native /command with autocomplete. Ticket also has a web panel for the parts that are easier to click than type.
Permissions stated up front
Guard and Ledger need no admin rights. Vault asks for Administrator because rebuilding roles and channels isn't possible without it — and each page says exactly what's needed.
Settings belong to the server
Channels, roles, thresholds and templates are stored per server. Nothing set in one server leaks into another.
Private where it matters
Setup replies are only visible to you, tickets are private channels, and payment alerts go to your DMs instead of a shared channel.
