Terms of Service

The terms for buying access to Ironstone's bots and using them in your Discord server.

The service

Ironstone is operated by Ironstone Dynamics LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA (“we”). We provide hosted Discord bots — Ticket, Vault, Guard and Ledger — and the Ticket web panel at panel.ironstone.cc. These terms apply when you buy access to a bot or use it.

Who can use it

You need a Discord account in good standing and must be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13). If you add a bot to a server, you must have permission to do so, and you're responsible for how it's configured and used there.

Buying access

  • Access is sold per bot, per month. You choose the number of months and pay once in advance — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • Prices are shown before tax. Where VAT or similar tax applies, it's calculated and added on the checkout page before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
  • We may change prices for future purchases. Months you've already paid for keep the price you paid.

Setup and access

After payment we contact you at the email you used at checkout to set the bot up for your server. Your paid period starts when the bot is active in your server. If we can't set it up, you'll get a full refund (see the Refund Policy).

Acceptable use

Don't use the bots to break the law, to break Discord's Terms of Service or Developer Policy, to harass people, to collect data you aren't allowed to collect, or to disrupt our service or anyone else's. We may suspend a bot in a server that's used this way; if we do, unused months are refunded unless the suspension is for fraud or serious abuse.

Bot-specific notes

  • Vault: restoring a backup deletes the server's current channels and roles before rebuilding them. Take a fresh backup before restoring if you might want to go back. Backups are a convenience, not a guarantee — keep your own copies of anything critical.
  • Ticket: order and payment features only display prices and track a status you confirm by hand. The bot never takes or holds money for you.
  • Ledger is in beta. Alerts depend on third-party blockchain data providers and may be delayed or missed. Nothing Ledger shows is financial advice.
  • Guard warns you about boost changes; it can't prevent them or restore a vanity URL.

Availability

We work to keep the bots online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Discord outages, API changes or maintenance can affect them. If a bot is unavailable for an extended period because of us, contact us and we'll extend your paid period or refund the affected time.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost data, lost revenue or a lost vanity URL — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Ending access

You can stop using a bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may end access for breach of these terms. When access ends, see the Privacy Policy for what happens to stored data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in New Mexico. If you're a consumer living elsewhere — for example in the EU or UK — you keep the protections of your local consumer law that can't be overridden by agreement, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes apply to new purchases, not to months you've already paid for.
