Guard
A server needs 14 boosts to keep Level 3 and its custom invite link. Guard watches the count and tells your staff the moment it drops below the number you choose — while there's still time to fix it.

Once boosts are back above your threshold, Guard posts a recovery notice in the same channel, so nobody has to keep checking Server Settings.

Setup

Add Guard
It only needs to read and send messages in the channel where you'll set it up. No admin rights.

Run
/guard thresholdIn a private staff channel, set the boost count that should trigger an alert — for example 16.

Leave it running
Drop alerts and recovery notices arrive in that channel from then on.
Boosts assigned to extra perks such as Server Tags don't count towards Level 3. Keep 14 allocated to the level itself.
Choosing a threshold
Warn early, not at the edge.
At 14 you're told the moment Level 3 is already gone. A few boosts higher gives you time to act.

Below 14, Discord gives you 72 hours before Level 3 perks — and the vanity URL — are removed.

Rebuild the count within the grace period and wait for Guard's recovery notice.

Before you add it.
Can Guard bring my vanity URL back?
No. It's a warning system: it tells you boosts dropped so you have time to act. It can't buy boosts or restore a URL.
What threshold should I use?
16 to 18. That leaves a buffer above the 14 that Level 3 needs, so the alert arrives before the level is lost.
What permissions does it need?
Reading and sending messages in one staff channel. No admin rights, no message logging, no member data.
How fast are alerts?
Within seconds of the boost count changing.
