We collect what's needed to run the bots and handle your order. We don't sell data, don't show ads, and this website uses no analytics or tracking cookies.
When you buy
Our payment provider handles checkout and collects your email, billing country (and postcode where needed for tax), payment details and, if you enter one, a tax ID. We receive your email, what you bought and the amount — not your card details. When an order is paid, a notification with the product, amount and your email is sent to a private Telegram channel only we can read, so we can set up your bot.
What the bots store
Each bot stores data per Discord server, only for the features you use:
- All bots: server and channel IDs, role IDs and the settings you choose.
- Ticket: tickets (who opened them, status, claimer, answers to form questions and order details such as price and payment status). Transcripts are posted to the transcript channel you choose in your own server.
- Vault: backups of your server's structure, roles, permissions, emojis, ban list and up to 1,000 recent messages per channel — including message text, author names and avatars, and links to attachments. The 10 newest backups per server are kept; older ones are deleted automatically.
- Guard: your boost threshold and alert channel, and your server's boost count.
- Ledger: your Discord user ID and the public wallet addresses you ask it to watch, plus the transactions it has already seen. It never asks for private keys.
Ticket web panel
Signing in to panel.ironstone.cc with Discord gives us your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you're in, so we can show the servers you manage. We don't get your password. Sessions are kept in memory and a session cookie keeps you signed in; it's removed when you log out or the panel restarts.
Who processes data
- Our payment provider — payments and tax calculation.
- Discord — the platform the bots run on.
- Telegram — internal order notifications.
- Our hosting provider — the server the bots and this site run on.
- Blockchain data providers (Etherscan, Alchemy, BlockCypher, Helius, TON Center, TronGrid) — Ledger looks up public wallet activity through them.
- Google Fonts — this website's fonts are loaded from Google, which sees your IP address when your browser fetches them.
How long we keep it
Bot data is kept while the bot is used in your server. If you remove a bot, ask us and we'll delete that server's data, including Vault backups. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@ironstone.cc from the address you used, or include your server ID. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
