Within 14 days
Email support@ironstone.cc within 14 days of payment and we'll refund the full amount, whether or not the bot is already set up. No reason needed.
After 14 days
For purchases of more than one month, we refund every whole month that hasn't started yet. The current month isn't refunded.
If something's wrong
If we can't set the bot up for your server, or it's unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, we'll refund the affected time or extend your access — your choice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, including any tax you paid on the refunded amount. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
Exceptions
We don't refund access ended for fraud or serious abuse of the Terms of Service. This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under consumer law where you live.
